Where are you based?
We're based in New Zealand, and we ship nationwide.
Do you sell authentic Pokémon cards?
Yes — all our cards are 100% authentic. No fakes, no proxies — just legit collectibles.
What conditions are your cards in?
We list the condition of every card (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) in each product description so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do you buy cards from collectors?
Yes! If you're looking to sell or trade, get in touch with us on social media or via our contact form. We’re always on the hunt for new stock.
Can I reserve or hold a card?
We don’t offer holds at the moment — it’s first in, first served. If you see something you like, best to grab it while it’s still available!
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way. (orders will be shipped out every Monday and Thursday)
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of trading cards, we don’t offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or there's a mistake with your order. If that happens, please contact us within 15 days of the parcel arriving.
Do you grade cards or sell graded cards?
At the moment, most of our stock is ungraded. Occasionally we’ll have graded cards — keep an eye on our listings or follow us for updates.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Not right now — we’re online-only for now, but stay tuned for possible pop-ups in the future.
